Considering the auction will last another 6 days and the item reached $60 in under 5 hours, I would say it will easily reach $200.
Actually I had a lot of fun with Screamer about 15 years ago. I remember at the time you had Ridge Racer on the PS1, Sega Rally on the Saturn and Screamer on the PC. Those were the days...
Who wrote this? Some Xbox fanboy still bitter about HD-DVD?
You guys have no idea what you're missing. It's a timeless ritual repeated by countless gamers throughout the decades. You can't call yourselves hardcore gamers until you've broken your first controller. I've personally broken two of them, an original PS1 controller (not the dualshock) and a sixaxis.
Hint: works best with wireless controllers.
You're missing the point. If Infamous was available on the 360, then Prototype would have sold a lot less. Would Infamous have been more successful if it was multi-platform? Of course it would, but then again so would Gears of War/Killzone 2/Left 4 dead/insert-exclusive-game-her e.
Firmware updates are a non-issue. I usually download them in background through Sony's website on my laptop (or even at work) and then transfer the update to my PS3 using a USB flash drive. It only takes a couple minutes. Small price to pay for added functionality or stability. I don't know why people complain. Must be just fanboys grasping at straws.
@ Pirate - That "article" was written by an Xbox dedicated site. I wouldn't take it too seriously.
So what's your point exactly? You must think Wii Play is the greatest game ever created.
Naughty Dog said they will be sharing their game engine. Naughty Dog project on 360 confirmed!!!
See what I did there? I know how to mislead and speculate too. Nothing of what Mr. Chen said allows us to reach the same far fetched conclusion that the author of the article is suggesting.
So is DRM.
FACT.
I had a lot of fun with the demo, but I'll wait for the PC version. I can't get used to playing BF without mouse and keyboard.
"It's a joke...
It's all just a joke...
Mother forgive me."
VC sold reasonably well in Europe and it moved quite a few copies in NA and Japan after the price cut. Also developing the sequel on the PS3 wouldn't be as expensive as the first game, seing as they could recycle a lot of the work done on VC1 (such as the game engine).
Oh well, there's always hope for a PS2 port right? *crosses fingers*
Because waiting for the games to be released and THEN discussing the facts isn't nearly as much fun, is it?
BTW, so Microsoft Brazil thinks Forza 3 will be the better game... What a shocker!
Why the PSP SEGA?... Whhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
... I will have to turn exclusively to retro gaming and play the games that I missed in the past.
I do not consider waving my arms around on thin air to be fun.
Power of Green approves... What a surprise.
ON TOPIC - So the guy went through the exact same PS3 hardware failure twice in just a few months and he never stops to think that maybe, just maybe he is doing something wrong (like neglecting the proper ventilation conditions)?
The problem with DLC is that publishers are making you pay full price for an unfinished game and then they charge you extra for the rest of the game, in the form of DLC.
Fallout 3 and GTAIV are examples of DLC done right. It builds upon the original game, instead of patching it with what should have been there in the first place.
In fact, I don't think this even categorizes as a preview. It's an editorial at best. And one that looks written by an Xbox fanboy (why on earth is Natal even mentioned?).
@ 1.9
That was hilarious. + bubbles
That's what went wrong (as usual).
